Modula - The compact frame system based on a robust plastic skid pallet

The Arcawa Modula system is always based on a Modula system pallet with a circumferential groove. The Modula plug-in frames are inserted into this circumferential groove. The system can be expanded to the required height with additional plug-in frames in steps of 200 and, if necessary, closed with the optionally available cover. The system offers the possibility of creating compartments with optional horizontal intermediate layers. The Modula can also be used in high racking up to a maximum load of 800 kg.

The required fill level can be variably adjusted to your logistical needs with additional pallet frames (see options) in 200 mm steps.

In addition to a static load capacity of up to 4000 kg and a dynamic load capacity of up to 1600 kg, the Modula system is ideal for all logistics applications,
In particular, also with heavy loads, it is therefore ideally suited for the metal industry, but also for the automotive and machinery and related supply industries.

Available in the 3 standard sizes:

•       800 x 600 mm
•     1200 x 800 mm
•     1200 x 1000 mm

All Modula plug-in frames in every standard size are equipped

•     with 6 hinges for the space-saving M-fold (= fits exactly on the corresponding pallet size)

Arcawa supplies the Modula plug-in frames made of PP-R, always with a usable height of 200 mm.
This means that you can set up as many frames in 200 mm steps as you need to optimally protect your cargo.

Robust snap-on lids and even plastic shelves made of 10 mm solid honeycomb panels are available as accessories for every size
with an even surface load, up to a maximum of 120 kg per floor can be loaded.

The Modula system is not suitable for direct contact with food
